Investor Security & Guarantee
The Founder provides full disclosure of real estate holdings with independently verified valuations for 4-5 properties designated for first-lien security, documented at the local Registry of Deeds. Additional properties available for second-lien positions strengthen the collateral package.
Select properties may be transferred into a special-purpose entity to hold title as collateral until debt matures. The Founder is personally and legally bound to guarantee loans and initiate asset liquidation to ensure full repayment of principal, agreed returns, and associated costs.
